The LBRs and EPs are reviewed and considered for amendment on an ongoing basis by the LBR Standing Committee, taking into consideration changes in the statutory and decisional law, amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and suggestions received from the bar and other interested parties.
