Links to the current versions of the Local Bankruptcy Rules (“LBRs”) and the ECF Procedures (“EPs”) are provided below. The LBR amendments effective on January 1, 2013 are also separately highlighted in two redlined extracts.
The LBRs and EPs are reviewed and considered for amendment on an ongoing basis by the LBR Standing Committee, taking into consideration changes in the statutory and decisional law, amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and suggestions received from the bar and other interested parties.
