Email Notification and Delivery Service

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio is pleased to offer a free email subscription service to the public through GovDelivery.com. This service allows subscribers to receive notifications by email when new information is available such as news and announcements, CM/ECF updates, local rule updates, opinions, and court employment opportunities. You may unsubscribe at any time.

The Court’s registered NextGen CM/ECF users have been automatically enrolled to receive CM/ECF Updates and Maintenance updates via GovDelivery. Subscribers to the Opinion Subscription Service have been automatically enrolled to receive Opinions updates via GovDelivery. Registered users who wish to receive additional content may do so any time by modifying the topic delivery preferences.

The Court’s previous ECF Broadcast Email method will be discontinued on October 5, 2021. Users who want to receive email notifications from the Court must subscribe. Email notifications will only be sent through the GovDelivery email service starting October 5, 2021.

Important Note: This change in delivering email notifications does not affect Notices of Electronic Filing (NEF), which will continue to be sent directly from CM/ECF.
