Judge Nami Khorrami’s Policies and Procedures (“Policies and Procedures”) have been revised, effective May 27, 2026. Some major changes to the Policies and Procedures include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Pretrial statements may be required in some adversary cases and contested matters
• Procedures for use of sworn declarations in Chapter 11 first day motions
