1. The ability to use a PC with Windows (especially the storing, retrieval and management of documents and files)

2. A basic familiarity with Browser techniques

3. Ability to use E-mail

4. Knowledge of the ECF system obtained by attending a training session at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio (or being previously certified by another U.S. Bankruptcy Court as being eligible to file on an ECF system).
