Use this form to request electronic copies, including certified copies, from the Clerk's Office.

Your Information
Let us know who you are and where we should send the requested copies. The Clerk's Office may contact you regarding your request if there is a question about it.
Filing Information
Provide as much information as you can to help the Clerk's Office identify the filing.
If you are unsure of the case number, please enter "Unknown." Note that failure to accurately identify the case may result in a search fee in addition to any applicable copies fees.
