The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio is part of the Sixth Circuit and serves over 5 million citizens in 47 counties. The Court has courthouses in Columbus, serving the counties located in the Eastern Division of the District, and Cincinnati and Dayton, serving the counties located in the Western Division of the District.
