Photo Identification Requirement: All persons are required to show a photograph identification card before being allowed entry to the court. The identification card must be issued by either a State or the United States; foreign passports are also acceptable. The identification card must show the person’s photograph, name, and date of birth. Any person without an acceptable identification card shall be denied access to the court.
Cell Phone Use:
Cell phones shall be set in a mode to emit no audible signals.
Prohibited Uses
Cell phones may not be used in the courtroom or chambers, unless specifically authorized by the Judge.
Cell phones may not be used to take photographs or record judicial proceedings. Any person taking unauthorized photos or recordings is subject to arrest and confiscation of the cell phone and related images or recordings.
Permitted Uses
Cell phones may be used in the public hallways, provided such use does not disrupt courtroom or other official proceedings.
