Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 5003(e) requires the Clerk of Court to maintain a register of mailing addresses for federal and state governmental units as their official mailing addresses. The Register is listed below.
To be listed in the Register, an appropriate official of the governmental unit must complete and submit a Request for Listing for each address the governmental unit wishes to appear in the Register. The Clerk publishes a current Register annually on each January 2nd and may update the Register more often as deemed appropriate.
