Emergency Filings: Submission Form

Use this form to submit an emergency filing to the Court. If you have not done so, please review the instructions for electronic filers and non-electronic filers, including what the Court considers an emergency and how your filing will be processed when submitted.

Please indicate whether you have electronic filing privileges in CM/ECF.
Emergency Information (Non-Electronic Filer)
Must be in PDF format.
Files must be less than 10 MB.
Allowed file types: pdf.

To preserve your file date, the complete original document with any required fee must be received and time stamped by the Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on the Court’s next business day. You must present a copy of the automatic email confirmation showing the document was submitted the previous day. It is not the responsibility of the Clerk’s Office staff to make this association. Original documents received after 4:00 p.m. the next business day will be filed as of the date and time they were physically received by the Clerk’s Office staff.

Please describe the exact nature of the technical issue you faced when attempting to submit the document.

Once this submission is made, you must call the Clerk's Office to provide notice of the alternate filing. All fees related to the filing must be paid no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on the Court's next business day. Failure to pay the fees in a timely manner will result in the lockdown of your  ECF account until fees are paid.
