On October 6, 2025, the Court announced that the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) suspended the mailing of Court notices to Canada due to a Canada Post strike. The strike recently changed to a rotating strike, with the resumption of mail delivery in most locations. As of October 17, 2025, the BNC will resume delivery of Court notices to Canada, although significant delays are expected.
