The Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio will be moving to NextGen CM/ECF on July 6, 2021.  In preparation, CM/ECF will be unavailable beginning Friday, July 2, at Noon Eastern until Tuesday morning, July 6, 2021.  On Friday, July 2, 2021 between the hours of 12:00 PM and 11:59 PM, the Court will allow filers to use the Emergency Filing Procedures if the filer is in danger of missing a filing deadline.
