ePOC Program Unavailable Until Further Notice

The Court shut down its ePOC program this morning due to an IT security risk presented by the program. The program will remain unavailable until the security risk is resolved. This issue is affecting courts nationwide.

Filers who do not file claims through CM-ECF may use the following options until the ePOC program is restored: (1) submit claims at the intake counter or the drop-box located at the entrance of the courthouse; or (2) mail claims to the courthouse. The courthouse addresses are as follows:

221 E. Fourth Street
Atrium Two, Suite 800
Cincinnati, Ohio 45202

170 North High Street
Columbus, Ohio 43215

120 West Third Street
Dayton, Ohio 45402

Filers who are in danger of missing a claim deadline due to this outage should refer to the Court’s emergency filing procedure. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
