Face Coverings Required in Columbus and Cincinnati Courthouses

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has changed the COVID-19 Community Level for Franklin County, Ohio and Hamilton County, Ohio from medium to high and advises everyone to wear a face covering indoors in public spaces. Beginning July 25, 2022, and until further notice, face coverings must be worn at all times in Court and Clerk’s Office space in the Columbus and Cincinnati courthouses, unless instructed otherwise by a presiding judge. See General Order 54-1.
Face coverings continue to be required in the Dayton courthouse. See Face Coverings Required in Dayton Courthouse.
