Public Notice

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has changed the COVID-19 Community Level for Montgomery County, Ohio from medium to high and advises everyone to wear a face covering indoors in public spaces. Beginning July 18, 2022, and until further notice, face coverings must be worn at all times in Court and Clerk’s Office Space in the Dayton courthouse, unless instructed otherwise by a presiding judge. See General Order 54-1. This notice applies to the Dayton courthouse only.
