Notice of Revised Procedures for Hearings Before the Honorable Jeffery P. Hopkins and the Honorable Beth A. Buchanan Effective April 21, 2022

The Honorable Jeffery P. Hopkins and the Honorable Beth A. Buchanan have issued Second Amended Instructions for Attendance of Hearings that, unless otherwise ordered, permit parties to appear for hearings in person or telephonically. Any party attending a hearing telephonically is not permitted to present exhibits or examine witnesses.

The revised hearing instructions are located on the policies and procedure pages for each Judge Hopkins and Judge Buchanan.
