ANNUAL REVIEW OF MEDIATOR APPLICATIONS

On an annual basis, The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio reviews applications from people interested in serving as mediators for the Mediation Program. Applications will be reviewed between January 3, 2022 and January 7, 2022.

Any persons interested in serving as a mediator may complete and return the Mediator Application which is included on the Court’s website with the other Mediation Program materials. The requirements to serve as a mediator are:

Requirements. For an attorney to be eligible to be on the roster, the individual shall be a member in good standing of the bar of the State of Ohio and shall be admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. For a non-attorney to be eligible to be on the roster, the individual shall be licensed or accredited in their respective profession, e.g., accounting, engineering.
