CHANGES TO BANKRUPTCY COURT MISCELLANEOUS FEE SCHEDULE

The Judicial Conference of the United States has approved the following adjustments to the miscellaneous fee schedule for bankruptcy courts, effective December 1, 2020:

  • To terminate, annul, modify or condition the automatic stay;
  • To compel the abandonment of property of the estate
