MORTGAGE MODIFICATION MEDIATION PROGRAM EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2020

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio is adopting a Mortgage Modification Mediation Program (the “MMM Program”) effective October 1, 2020. The MMM Program shall be implemented by the Mortgage Modification Mediation Procedures (the “MMM Procedures”) posted on the Court’s website. The MMM Procedures shall include the Mortgage Modification Mediation Forms (the “MMM Forms”).

The MMM Program shall be available for all open and active bankruptcy cases currently pending in this District as of October 1, 2020.

The MMM Procedures and MMM Forms, which may be amended from time to time, are available on the Court’s website at www.ohsb.uscourts.gov.
