Public Notice

The Judicial Council of the Sixth Circuit has approved the appointment of the Honorable John E. Hoffman, Jr., as a recalled United States Bankruptcy Judge for the period beginning March 1, 2025, and ending February 28, 2026. Judge Hoffman will retain all currently assigned cases until his successor is seated.
