Public Notice

The U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended the delivery of mail to Canada due to the national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Court notices to Canadian addresses have not been delivered since November 15, 2024, and will not be delivered until the conclusion of the postal strike. Please be advised that Canadian recipients have not received electronic notices through the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) because electronic noticing through the BNC is unavailable to international recipients.
