Two Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, seven Official Bankruptcy Forms, and three Director's Bankruptcy Forms will be amended or adopted.
October 16, 2025
Canada Post has resumed mail delivery in most locations. As of October 17, 2025, the BNC will resume delivery of Court notices to Canada, although significant delays are expected.
October 6, 2025
Beginning October 2, 2025, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) suspended the mailing of notices to recipient addresses that include the country name “Canada.” Instead, these notices are bypassed.
