Finding an Attorney

While it is possible to file a bankruptcy case without the assistance of an attorney, or pro se, it can be extremely difficult to do so successfully. Bankruptcy can be a daunting process and can have serious long-term consequences on  debtors and their possessions. Ignorance of the law may cost an individual far more than an attorney's fee. For these reasons, hiring a competent attorney is highly recommended.
