The Dayton intake desk will be closed May 22-23, 2025. Electronic filing through CM/ECF will remain available. For non-electronic filers, the drop box in the courthouse lobby may be used to submit filings during lobby hours, and emergency filings in Dayton cases may be submitted using the Court’s emergency filing procedures. Telephone assistance will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by calling the Dayton Clerk’s Office.

The Dayton intake desk will reopen at 9:00 a.m. on May 27, 2025.
