The Dayton intake desk will close at 2:30 p.m. on April 29, 2025. After 2:30 p.m., self-represented filers may use the emergency filing procedures located on the Court’s internet site for emergency filings in Dayton cases. Telephone assistance will remain available until 4:00 p.m. by calling the Clerk’s Office in Cincinnati or Columbus. Electronic filing through CM/ECF will remain available.

The Dayton intake desk will reopen at 9:00 a.m. on April 30, 2025.
